Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish born singer. She was born on the 25th of December in 1954, at Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she took flute lessons as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. She survived on a student salary and part-time work to help supplement her income. Lennox believed that her abilities weren't as good as those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other routes she could choose. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976 when she joined the band Dragons Playground. The band did not make it to the talent contest New Faces on I.T.V. She was the main singer of The Tourists a British pop band between 1977 and 1980. She met Dave Stewart, with whom formed the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox started work with Diva in 1992. This was her debut solo album. It became a huge critical and commercial success. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was released in October of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is composed of Lennox's favorite blues, jazz, and soul songs from her youth. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four songs that were improvised by piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album in conjunction with her work at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is an Scottish politician, philanthropist and singer-songwriter. The Tourists gained some minor recognition for her and Dave Stewart's work during the 1970s. The group went on in the 1980s, to become the popular duo Eurythmics. Lennox started her solo career in 1992, with the release of Diva, which featured many of her most popular tracks like Why and walking on Broken Glass. Medusa a studio album released in 1995, has songs that are re-imagined from her most popular songs including the No MoreI Still Love Yous (and The Whiter Shade of Pale). She has six solo studio albums and one compilation album.
